🌅 Workout 6... the Sunrise Beach Workout!
Our last test is taking us exactly where the magic happens... right onto the sand for an epic beachside grind!
⏱️ This is the ultimate test of strategy under a strict 10-minute time cap!
Here is how you and your squad are conquering the shore:
🏃♂️ The 400-Meter Team Beach Run: The whole squad moves together, but there’s a catch... one athlete MUST be carrying the Ram at all times. If that Ram touches the sand, everybody stops dead in their tracks. No moving forward until someone hoists it back up!
🔥 The 200-Meter Team Beach Lunge: Once the run is done, it's time to burn out those legs. Only the athlete carrying the Ram needs to lunge their way through the sand. The other two teammates can jog right alongside them, staying ready to strike the second a switch is requested!
The Rules of the Shore:
🏁 Start & Finish Together: The entire team starts at 3, 2, 1... GO! with the rest of their heat, and you MUST cross the finish line together.
🧠 Choose Your Strategy: Your team score is purely time-based! There is no requirement for every athlete to carry the Ram. How you distribute the work and survive the sand is entirely up to your squad!
📈 This is the ultimate test of communication and leg drive. Who is going to dominate the sand and make a massive final push up the live leaderboard?
