Fergus recently left @fallowrestaurant , where he was the head chef for four years ! Lucky us, it is very exciting for us to be collaborating on what comes next for him as Naughty Piglets will be his first ever residency. A beautiful way to express his taste and personality. Expect great produce, mainly cooked on fire, with British boldness and French flair ha. Bisous
