Welcome to Team Tango. 🏆
After over 6 years of coaching both lifestyle clients and competitors, I officially established Team Tango in 2025 with one goal in mind: to build more than just physiques.
My coaching is built around individualized plans because no two athletes are the same. Every client receives custom training, personalized nutrition, vitamin and supplement guidance, and detailed weekly check-ins to make sure we’re constantly moving forward.
The vision for Team Tango is simple: build a team of like-minded individuals who are committed to growth not only physically, but mentally. A team that pushes one another, stays accountable, and celebrates each other’s success. A family.
My purpose as a coach isn’t just to help people reach a number on the scale or step on stage. It’s to give people the structure, education, and confidence to become the strongest version of themselves inside and outside the gym.
