Ignite The Body

Friday is that time again. A time to gather and dance freely. To let the body speak it's wild, unpredictable and yet nuanced language of creative expression. Please join us for another ITB, a space where we can dance and be wild without the reliance on substances. At this event, the dance is the consciousness altering substance. The dance is our practice to bring forth connectivity between heart mind and will. The dance guides us deeper, each moment into presence, emptiness, and yet fullness.
