Every time i start a new painting, there’s this quiet fear i can never quite explain. It makes me feel as if I’ve never painted before, as if I’ll ruin the canvas or it will never look the way i imagined.

Over time, I’ve learned to answer that fear with one simple question: “What could really go wrong?” And honestly, who’s going to question me if it doesn’t turn out perfectly? No one.

I still don’t know where this feeling comes from. Maybe it’s tied to something deeper than art. Maybe it’s just part of creating.

Anyway, that’s enough overthinking for today 😅 Wish me luck and i hope i finish this one instead of abandoning it halfway and convincing myself a fresh canvas is the answer🥲
