Set aside the sports science of isokinetics, eccentric overload, velocity based training, etc. It just feels great, and it’s super approachable to use. It reminded us of our decade of experience making VBT products. It was the PERFECT marriage of exercise science and real (not gimmicky) training.
Our theory was simple. Digital weight tech is hard, you have to be a tech company to build it. But tech company business models incentivise overbuilt all-in-one products to drive content subscription revenue. Gyms have hundreds of pieces of equipment, that approach simply will never get digital weight where the average person trains.
If we focused just on digital weight, and let equipment companies focus on making great equipment, we could get it in every gym in the world.
What do you think? Will digital weight be in your neighborhood gym in 10 years?

Love this! Can I attach it to something aside from a rig, rack or upright as I train from home and want something like this that attaches to a chin up bar!?

Good for home gym - not good for content. 50% of ppl want to film gym content, doesn’t look good on camera

Jordan, it was great to meet you at home Jim Cone your digital weight stack is incredibly smooth. Thanks for taking the time to explain everything. I kind of worked through the whole process. Look forward to seeing what you have to come out.
