Most people delay the move that would change their life because they think they are too old, too late, or not quite ready. But the data does not agree. The average millionaire does not arrive until their 40s, and many of the most well known founders did not start until their 30s, 40s, even 50s. Age was not the disqualifier. Waiting was.

The fear of being late is really just a story that keeps you exactly where you are. The only thing that gets worse while you wait is the clock.
