Many years ago (15, 16?) on a planet called Washington Heights, 2 young yoga teachers met and a kinship was born.

Though it’s rare to find 2 yoga teachers together in the wild 🤪 @shawnashakti and I forged a friendship that’s also blossomed into a thriving retreat business!

We call it “ Retreats Reimagined,” and we’ve taken our intrepid retreat clients to far-flung places like Sicily, Costa Rica and Dominica… and closer to home, from the Hudson Valley to the Poconos.

Both 20+ year veteran teachers, we value embodied practices like Yoga, Qigong, somatic movement, meditation as a means to connect to your true nature - which is wholeness, peace and wisdom.

At every retreat, we include sacred group circles and rituals that foster soul-level connections among participants, and help you see you’re never truly alone.

But the real magic is in the gathering of beautiful, intentional beings moving, breathing, laughing, walking, meditating, singing and just BEing… sharing sacred time and space, together.
