Hackers seized control of refrigeration systems at more than 350 supermarkets across France, remotely changing temperatures and forcing stores to throw away spoiled meat and frozen food.

The attack affected major chains including Carrefour, Monoprix and Intermarché, exposing security weaknesses in outdated software.

French investigators are searching for those responsible, with no group claiming the attack or demanding ransom.

Traders predict a 13% chance the U.S. will enact an AI safety bill this year.

Bent leg cable kickbacks - 2 sets of 10-12 reps (each leg)

Sumo squats - 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set of AMRAP

Iso kneeling leg curl - 3 sets of 6-8 reps (making sure to slow the rep on both the eccentric and concentric movements)
