the biggest lesson I’ve learned in my fitness journey is less is more.

I used to think that in order to feel confident in my body, I needed to wake up early and grind in the gym 6 days a week. was definitely a subscriber of “hustle” culture…

but I was working a corporate job, starting a business and frankly, I was EXHAUSTED, stressed, anxious, etc. so instead of dedicating all that time to the gym, I poured it into other aspects of my health: stress regulation, true recovery, learning to cook more whole foods, movement outside the weights…

and these things are what helped me actually FEEL really good in my body and stop feeling burned out in the gym. this is why my approach to fitness is science-based and holistic. I want to enjoy my life and better my health (physically and mentally) while feeling strong and capable.

that’s the key to a balanced and sustainable journey ❤️‍🔥
