Palm Trees 🌴

I know we all want to just hit that spend button and head south on amazing vacation but for some its just not possible. So thanks to Port Dover for importing these beautiful palm trees every year. When we visted was just after a strom thr water was merky but the kids had a blast. I do wonder how thr water is on an calm clear day..

Grateful for the people who are keeping me moving 🙏🏼 Here are a few exercises from the recent circuit that @presenttensefitness has created for me. This injury has been especially tough because of how limited I’ve been. I can’t bike, swim, walk, or stand for more than 15 minutes at a time, and for someone who loves being busy and constantly moving, learning to slow down this much has been incredibly difficult. Once again, I’m learning to be patient with the hiccups and challenges that come with hypermobility. Each day, I try to focus on the silver linings and take it step by step, day by day, and exercise by exercise. I know that little by little, I’ll get back to doing what I love most: being onstage. ❤️
