You can’t see it in this photo…

But this is Kirsty and I, sitting together just one hour before we finished our Australian tour.

In front of us were over 100 people lying in a dark room, slowly opening their eyes after one of the deepest Breakthrough Breathwork journeys we’ve ever facilitated. Some were still crying. Some were holding each other. Some were just lying there, trying to make sense of what they had finally let go of after carrying it for years.

As I sat there, I remembered why.

For a year and a half we stepped away from events. We were exhausted. Burnt out. We wanted to travel, slow down and reconnect with ourselves. If I’m honest, there were moments where I questioned whether this chapter of my life was over.

But sitting beside Kirsty, watching people come back to themselves… I realised I hadn’t lost my purpose. I’d simply forgotten why I started.

Every person who walks through those doors reminds me of a younger version of myself. The version that was hurting, lost and convinced life would never feel different.

I don’t see people’s pain. I don’t see their problems. I see their potential.

Kirsty always says her dream is to see our world emotionally pain-free. And I truly believe that’s possible… but not because of us alone.

That’s why I want to certify more facilitators. We are only two people. We can’t reach everyone. But together, we can build hundreds of leaders who go back into their communities, create safe spaces, and help build a world with more self-aware, emotionally resilient and successful humans.

The truth is, not everyone was given the tools. Not everyone had parents who knew how to love them the way they needed. Not everyone grew up feeling safe. Most people are simply living from survival.

That breaks my heart.

Because so many people spend their lives believing they’re broken… when really, they were never given the opportunity to heal.

We’re back.

Not because we missed the stage.

Because people need hope.

October can’t come soon enough.

I love you all. ❤️

I love this. And so personally grateful for this moment when my past was cleared, I felt held and kept, so supported and my future (and eyes) clear and achievable. Like it or not I always impass my learning wisdom on my kids etc but that day something bigger shifted in my home for all of us including my partner 🫶 Big Love 🙏
