Been a while since I listened to this 😍
This live performance video showcases a collaborative rendition of Shakira’s iconic hit “Hips Don’t Lie”. The stage features Shakira herself delivering her signature vocals and dance moves, accompanied by British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran on acoustic guitar and vocals. They are joined by Colombian artist Beéle and a full backing band—complete with a brass section, percussionists, and a live drummer—to fill out the upbeat, energetic instrumentation of the track.
The video captures the musicians performing in a warm, wood-paneled studio setting. Ed Sheeran kicks off the verse with his distinct acoustic style while Shakira joins in, dancing to the rhythm and singing her classic lines. This special live collaboration was recorded as part of Spotify’s anniversary celebrations honoring the milestone years of her landmark albums.
