After a devastating propane accident in 2024, which left him with burns on 45-percent of his body and in an 11-day coma, followed by five weeks in the hospital, and still facing multiple surgeries, Seattle Studs coach Chris Remington has used one thing as motivation throughout his recovery: getting back out on the field to be with the team.

Last night at the NBC World Series, Chris received the Eric Pintard Most Inspirational Award, and was surprised by his wife Nicole & daughter Anna who flew from Seattle to Wichita to share this special moment with him.
