how to capture a lingering taste of a fleeting performance?
two pots constantly cooking and churning, almost identical spices, seasoned to taste by audiences. this captured memory is not limited to how particularly what each stage tasted like, or how strangely nice each unnamed spice blended together blindly. rather, it will be a recall of the feeling of sharing something unknown, all at once, altogether, with the passing of time and fermentation 🍄🟫
