Meet Globe Margarita, Luca’s winning creation for the Dutch 🇳🇱 edition of the @cointreau #margaritachallenge2026
Built around fennel, the cocktail connects different territories in one glass: Cointreau from France, mezcal and Tajín inspired fermentation from Mexico, and wild fennel seeds from Murgia, Puglia.
After being selected as the Dutch winner, Luca will be heading to France to represent the Netherlands at the international semifinal.
Before Globe Margarita makes its way to Paris, you can taste it here at Rosalia’s Menagerie for the next few weeks.
