@timtiah @reinalum something to add to your commentary on the Network School fiasco. Colonisation always starts with exploitation and divisions, and it's always done by corporations, not states.

Phenomenal speech, Munira! 👏🏼 So much I wanted to echo, but let me just say, I was smirking at the same parts you were smirking. 😅 Sometimes you are saying a lot more with your pointed looks than just the words we are hearing. 😇 And also the part where you said, "We must not forget our own history. This country was not first colonised by a state but by a company. The crown followed only later," stuck with me because I just finished reading the book 'Empire, Incorporated' (2023) by Philip J Stern which served a similar reminder.
