Drink local and eat local when able to. Beers? Decent, nothing really jumped out at me. Food? Really good, and this region specific Iberico suckling pig dish was a show stopper. I guess when you eat acorns your whole short life you become incredibly chubby quickly. Also note the spinning rims on the most royal of royal carriages. And remember what I said about tiny knights? This one looked even smaller in real life because of the horse. Madrid was 4/5 high fives, I have a lot more exploring to do there for sure, will return and will commit to learning “proper espanol” better before heading there
