โGot a taste of alpine trail running today! ๐๏ธโจ
โThe first 2 km led to a beautiful lake ๐๏ธ, but then it got crazy steep and rocky. Running was impossibleโI was basically crawling on all fours! ๐งโโ๏ธ
โI turned back after 1 km, and going down was even more dangerous. ๐
โStill loved this 45-minute adventure! But yep... now I know for sure: I'm a city runner, not a mountain goat. ๐๏ธ > ๐ ๐
