Got a taste of alpine trail running today! 🏔️✨The first 2 km led to a beautiful lake 🏞️, but then it got crazy steep and rocky. Running was impossible—I was basically crawling on all fours! 🧗‍♂️I turned back after 1 km, and going down was even more dangerous. 😅Still loved this 45-minute adventure! This weekend, my crazy runner friend came up with a crazy idea—and I just had to be part of it! 😂🏃‍♂️🔥We did a "24-Hour Marathon" community run! Here’s how it went down:▪️ 1 mile every hour for 23 hours▪️ 3.2 miles in the final 24th hour▪️ Basically: 10 minutes of running + 50 minutes of rest every hour (except for that tough last run!)During our rest times, we gave short presentations to each other on all kinds of running topics. It turned out so awesome! 🙌It was amazing to hang out, chat, run, and suffer together. 😅The real challenge? 0 minutes of sleep in 24 hours! 😴 Staying awake was actually harder than the running part. We got a little taste of that ultra-runner struggle without actually running an ultra! 🏃‍♂️💥Only 6 of us were at the start line, but I got to know these 6 people so much better. Since I worked on Saturday, I saved my weekly long run for today, including a little fartlek. Downtown Budapest was pretty quiet, with very few runners and tourists around. It felt awesome to run in the cloudy, slightly windy weather and just get lost in my thoughts.#LongRun #Chainbridge ##InstaRunners by @run.csaba.run
