Dalam kasus di video ini, bayi usia 1 bulan datang dengan demam, kejang, dan muntah setelah sebelumnya dibawa untuk pijat kepala. Pemeriksaan menemukan perdarahan hingga menyebabkan herniasi. Riwayat pijat merupakan informasi penting, tetapi penyebab perdarahan perlu dipastikan melalui evaluasi dokter.

✔️ Tulang tengkorak bayi masih lentur dan belum menyatu sepenuhnya.
✔️ Hindari menekan atau memijat kepala dan ubun-ubun bayi.
✔️ Hentikan pijatan jika bayi menangis atau terlihat tidak nyaman.
Menurut IDAI, stimulasi pijat harus dilakukan dalam suasana nyaman dan mengikuti respons bayi. Kalau si Kecil menangis atau terlihat tidak nyaman, hentikan dulu dan cari penyebabnya. Jangan dipaksakan, ya.

🚨 Bayi usia kurang dari 3 bulan dengan suhu ≥38°C perlu segera diperiksa dokter. Jika bayi mengalami kejang, segera cari pertolongan di IGD.

Simpan dan bagikan ke orang yang ikut merawat si Kecil supaya kita sama-sama memahami cara merawatnya dengan aman. 💜
