Meet the Founders: We’re Foster Hoose and Michael Vaughan, Newport Beach ocean lifeguards who spent over a decade watching small scrapes turn a kid’s best beach day into a complete stop.

We believed families deserved something better during these moments, so we built WaveAid from the ground up. Now we’re launching the first-ever bandage box with an educational card, so while your child is healing, they’re also learning about the amazing ocean animals we see everyday.

We’re fired up for this journey and excited for what’s ahead.
