The romper was $1 from Walmart’s clearance section and I wasn’t sure T would even fit when I bought it. The Stanley was a gift from my best friend two years ago (love you 1000000000x, bestie!) The Monster was free because of a buy 3 get 1 deal so I did pay for 2 but who’s counting? And of course, the Planet Fitness gym membership is free through my health insurance.
This is what working out on a budget actually looks like and I will never apologize for it. Not will I shut up about it.
I posted a video of how to get a free or discounted gym membership through your healthcare plan and it’s also linked in this reel. If you have UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana or a Medicaid managed care plan, you might already have access to programs like One Pass or Active& & Fit.
Running and fitness don’t have to cost what the industry tells you they cost. That’s literally why I’m here. Follow me
