A crisp walk in McLeans Forest was made better by some cider!
Ive only been lucky enough to try @lillies.lillies.lillies once before! And never in a can before!
This is their House Cider 2 - 7%. Made with locally grown heritage apples, pears & quince. Naturally fermented until dry.
I don't think we had the right conditions to drink this - typically I like to let these ones warm, to enjoy them more, but that wasn't happening in that temp 🤣. Will need to try again (what a problem 🤣). I enjoyed the unique flavour that quince brings. Definitely sour & heading to dry. 6.5.
