몽골인들 시력이 좋은 이유가 이 사진 한장으로 쉽게 이해되네요 😁 드넓은 초원, 저 넓은 땅에서 움직이는 것들을 발견해내며 생활하니 자연스럽게 시력이 발달할거 같아요🤔 한국어를 하시는 몽골인분들이 많이 계셔서 꼭 한번 가보고 싶은 나라인데 일단 밍궁님 사진으로 살짝 맛보기..👍

The old version looked out of place compared with the rest of the lineup, and at the Mr. Olympia level, presentation matters. Andrew has an incredible physique, but I still believe posing is one of the biggest things holding him back, most muscular, side chest, side triceps, and simply hitting the mandatories with more authority. Samson, Nick, Derek and Hadi are all excellent at presenting their physiques. Andrew has the tools to beat anyone, but he needs to maximize those tools on stage. The Instagram model is answering the backlash over pictures that show her posing in front of destroyed homes in earthquake-hit Panama. Her message to critics is that the photos were never about her… ___________________________________________________ A magnitude 7.7 earthquake hit Panama on October 9, 2026. Bon posted the controversial photos on Sunday, October 11, showing her in white clothing among damaged structures, scattered bricks and broken household items. Of course many called the framing insensitive and said people’s ruined homes shouldn’t double as a backdrop for influencer content. ___________________________________________________ Bon, who is Panamanian, sent us a statement to set the record straight, saying she was only using the attention she’s used to getting to spotlight something far more important than her body, the latest natural disaster that has hit her country. “Yes, I was in Panama City visiting my family when the earthquake happened. It was so strong, but we were not affected. The affected areas were in the countryside. Everyone lost their homes. But the media, the news, no one was really talking about it.
