So many days on this trail I broke some sort of personal record for myself and pushed my limits, but honestly am so glad I said yes to this.

I love surprising myself by doing hard things.

Did 135 out of 171 miles on the TRT.
Now I just need to go finish those missing three days 🤭

Also, love this for you! Which portion did you have to skip? I need to go back and finish the TRT — ~Tahoe City to Kingsbury (west / south side). Might do it in September or even early October, TBD!

Many times I have followed strangers into the woods, men and women. It's been when I am on a long hike with a partner that doesn't want to proceed to a high lake or peak. I asked kind and capable looking strangers if I could tag along. They've always been great people and some of the best memories
