I used to think a workout only counted i could carve out an hour+, but now I care about building fitness during the life constraints I have of 3 little kids and a busy schedule— it means hour-long sessions will get skipped at this phase of life. Sometimes going back to the basics of strength & well-rounded fitness can tick every box: 🤝 20-30 minutes 🤝 Simple, effective moves with a sprinkle of heart health and bone density benefits 🤝 Dumbbells at home 🤝 Progressive overload, so the weights bump up and build over time . 10 per side b stance split squat 12 squat to upright row 16 deadbug lat pullover 1 min fast jump rope (heart & bones matter too!) 8 burpee or pushup variation of choice . It really can be that simple and resistance training you can follow on your own terms, from your living room or basement does exist.
