I’ve been thinking a lot about leadership lately.
We spend so much time looking for leaders in other people that we forget where leadership actually begins.
Real leadership isn’t about control, titles, or telling people what to do. It’s about leading yourself first. Your choices. Your habits. Your discipline. Your consistency.
People don’t follow what you say nearly as much as they follow what you consistently do.
Whether you’re leading a family, a business, a relationship, or just your own life… it starts with the person in the mirror.
