Always great connecting, building, and learning with my friend Clarence Wooten, founder of CoFounder.AI. 🚀

I’ve had the opportunity to test CoFounder.AI and start integrating it into my businesses, and Clarence came out to support Vend Villages, creating his own customized phone case from our automated vending machine in under 60 seconds. 📱🔥

What impressed me is the concept behind it. AI shouldn’t just be another piece of software you have to operate. It should be able to function more like a business partner, helping entrepreneurs think, execute, research, strategize, and ultimately do more with less.

There are going to be mornings when you wake up and you just don’t have it.

You’re tired. 😮‍💨
You’re frustrated.
Life feels heavy.
Your mind is somewhere else.
And every emotion in your body is telling you, “Not today.”

That’s the moment that matters.

Discipline isn’t about waking up early. ⏰
It isn’t about having the perfect routine.
And it damn sure isn’t about being motivated every day.

Discipline is what you do when the motivation is gone. 💪🏾🔥

It’s looking at your emotions, your fatigue, your disappointment, and every excuse you’ve been carrying and saying:

YOU DON’T GET TO DECIDE WHO I BECOME. ⚔️

Some days you’re going to feel unstoppable.
Other days you’re going to feel like you have absolutely nothing left.

SHOW UP ANYWAY. 🦾

Because sometimes the battle isn’t with the world.

It’s with the weaker version of yourself trying to convince you that you’ve done enough.

Not everyone deserves a seat at your table.

Pay attention to who influences your mindset, your habits, and your direction. A lion doesn’t lose sleep over the opinion of sheep. A wolf doesn’t ask for permission to howl at the moon. An eagle doesn’t negotiate with the wind to fly.

The people around you will either sharpen your vision or distract you from it.

Choose relationships that challenge you to grow, not environments that tempt you to settle. Protect your peace. Guard your purpose. Stay disciplined enough to walk away from conversations, circles, and opportunities that cost more than they contribute.

Become the kind of person who is so focused on growth that opinions become background noise and results become your voice.

Be intentional about who you allow into your life. Energy is contagious. So are habits, attitudes, and expectations.

Stay silent. Stay focused. Stay relentless.

I’ve been thinking a lot about leadership lately.

We spend so much time looking for leaders in other people that we forget where leadership actually begins.

Real leadership isn’t about control, titles, or telling people what to do. It’s about leading yourself first. Your choices. Your habits. Your discipline. Your consistency.

People don’t follow what you say nearly as much as they follow what you consistently do.

Whether you’re leading a family, a business, a relationship, or just your own life… it starts with the person in the mirror.

Make it make CENTS.
