Ahhh, this feels so surreal to say… my first podcast is officially out. 🥹🤍

I had the chance to be one of the first guests on Awakening with Grace @thegracechon, and we talked about so many things that have shaped who I am - what led me to sound healing, the really hard season that changed the direction of my life, the science behind this work, and why I care about it so much.

It honestly felt like sitting down with a friend and sharing parts of my story that I’ve never really shared before. It’s a little vulnerable, but it also feels really good.
