What actually happens in your brain during a sound bath? Mindfulness and sound facilitator Sierra Enticknap @soundwithsierra explains. “When Your Darkest Season Becomes an Awakening” full episode is up on Awakening With Grace. Hi, I’m Sierra 🤍 For over 15 years, I worked in corporate marketing — fast-paced, high-output, always on. Then I became a mom, and everything shifted. After my first son West was born, I found myself navigating postpartum anxiety and OCD in a way I didn’t expect. While breastfeeding, I was really intentional about wanting to heal naturally, so I started turning inward instead of outward. Meditation, sound baths, breathwork, and other holistic practices slowly became my lifeline. They helped calm my nervous system, bring me back into my body, and reconnect with myself during a season that felt overwhelming and tender all at once. Over time, that sense of grounding and clarity grew into something deeper — a calling to share these tools with others. Today, I’m a certified sound facilitator, breathwork coach, cacao ceremony guide, and Reiki practitioner. I teach regularly at @mudwtrgather and @wuum_la (more to come on this soon ☺️), and I also offer private sessions, group experiences, and corporate wellness events. My work is rooted in helping people slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and build real emotional resilience — in a way that’s grounded, supportive, and accessible. Less “fixing,” more remembering who you are. If you’re here, I’m really glad you found your way 🤍 by @soundwithsierra

Today is World Mental Health Day 🤍 And tonight at 7 PM PST, I’ll be going LIVE with @snuggle_me_organic for their Pause Project, where we’ll take a little time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. If you know a little bit about my story, you know that my own experience with postpartum anxiety and OCD is a big part of why my practice. So getting to work with a brand like Snuggle Me that genuinely cares about supporting parents and their mental health feels really special and full circle for me. And the best part? No babysitter, no getting dressed up, no leaving your house. You can literally show up in your pajamas, from your couch, with your kids running around in the background. Whatever works. We’ll do some gentle breathwork, a little sound meditation, and just give ourselves permission to pause for a few minutes. Because sometimes that’s exactly what we need. Make sure you’re following @snuggle_me_organic because that’s where I’ll be going live tonight at 7 PM PST! I really hope you’ll join me. 🫶 #WorldMentalHealthDay #ThePauseProject #MaternalMentalHealth by @soundwithsierra
Coming out of my social media hibernation for something really special. 🤍 Apparently, if I tell myself to be “raw and honest” enough times, I’ll actually do it. 😂 Life has been FULL lately. Between raising two little boys, the kindergarten transition, work, and getting married in ONE MONTH (😅), I made the intentional decision to take a little space from social media and be more present in my life. But I’ve missed connecting with this community, and I couldn’t think of a better reason to pop back in! Tomorrow, in honor of World Mental Health Day, I’ll be partnering with @snuggle_me_organic for The Pause Project, an initiative that’s so close to my heart. Getting to work with a brand that doesn’t just talk about supporting mothers, but genuinely puts so much thought and care into creating spaces for them to feel seen, supported, and connected is honestly a dream come true. As a mama myself, I know how easy it is to put our own needs last. And how powerful even a few intentional minutes of pause can be. Join me tomorrow at 7 PM PT LIVE on @snuggle_me_organic for some breathwork, meditation, and sound. Give them a follow so you don’t miss it! Can’t wait to reconnect with you all. And if you’ve been in your own little season of hibernation, I see you too. 🫶 #mentalhealth #soundbath #instagramlive #meditation by @soundwithsierra

Yesterday I got to team up with Snuggle Me Organic to celebrate the launch of their new lounger and create a little moment of pause for mamas and their babies 🤍 It was honestly such a special experience. Watching moms taking time to slow down, be a little more present and just connect with their babies really got me. As a mom, I know how easy it is to get caught up in the never-ending list of things that need to get done and how rare it can feel to just sit and be with your baby without doing anything else. So beyond grateful I got to be a part of this one and work with the incredible Snuggle Me team to bring it to life. Definitely a day I’ll remember for a long time. by @soundwithsierra
Why does surrender feel so hard? In this conversation, Mindfulness and sound facilitator Sierra Enticknap @soundwithsierra  shares why learning to surrender has been one of the biggest lessons of her awakening, and why it can lead to the clarity we’re often trying so hard to find. “When Your Darkest Season Becomes an Awakening” full episode is up on Awakening With Grace. Ahhh, this feels so surreal to say… my first podcast is officially out. 🥹🤍 I had the chance to be one of the first guests on Awakening with Grace @thegracechon, and we talked about so many things that have shaped who I am - what led me to sound healing, the really hard season that changed the direction of my life, the science behind this work, and why I care about it so much. It honestly felt like sitting down with a friend and sharing parts of my story that I’ve never really shared before. It’s a little vulnerable, but it also feels really good. If you’ve ever been curious about my story, sound healing, or you’ve been feeling that little nudge that your life is asking for something different, I hope you’ll give it a listen. The full episode is linked in my bio, and you can also find Awakening with Grace on @spotify. If you listen, tell me what resonates. I genuinely can’t wait to hear what you think.
