We are fighting for what matters most: the direct asks of our members. These snippets of real proposals reflect the care and effort put in by UCAN. They also reveal the cold rejection of NJIT. Nothing is lost, we are continuing to fight to get our membership the protection they deserve.

We have an excellent bargaining team, but we need more members to pack the room so NJIT knows that we are engaged and prepared to take action to get what we need.
