A woman is questioning whether she’s wrong for being upset after paying a $30 deposit for an 8 a.m. hair appointment, only to arrive on time and be told her stylist wouldn’t be there until 9:30 a.m. 👀 According to the woman, the stylist claimed she didn’t know the client was coming because she hadn’t confirmed her appointment the day before. The woman argues that paying a deposit should be confirmation enough! 📍Who’s wrong here? Should paying a deposit automatically confirm your appointment, or should clients still be required to confirm the day before?
