Shallotfest 2026 was everything we love about Aral Farm — friends, family, and a farm full of energy. We harvested this year’s shallots by hand, prepped them for sale, and wrapped it all up with a BBQ stacked with our own homegrown produce. Nothing beats fresh food grown by good people and harvested with full hearts and great laughs. 🧅🔥🌿
