Aly Faber Mandell: The Stretch Lady ™️

Something we’ve been building toward is finally here.

The Stretch Pros by The Stretch Lady is opening mid-August at Evergreen Wellness Center in Charlotte, NC.

For years The Stretch Lady has trained massage therapists and bodywork professionals in the art and science of assisted stretching. The Stretch Pros is where that methodology meets the client — delivered by practitioners trained in The Stretch Lady Method™ inside one of Charlotte’s most respected wellness facilities.

One hour. By appointment. Pre-booking now. Early bird special.

If you’re in the Charlotte area and your body needs to move better — this is for you. Athletes, active adults, desk workers, anyone managing pain, stiffness, or limited mobility. Assisted stretching isn’t a luxury. It’s maintenance. And it produces results that feel different from anything you’ve tried before.

And if you know someone in Charlotte who needs this — send this post their way.
