Part 1 live is full, but your path to Part 2 isn’t closed.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Start Part 1 online and finish it before December 5
✅ Register for Part 2 live (December 5 and 6) by November 21

We broke down the full path on the blog, and Pro Insiders just got the details in their inbox.

Read it now. Link in bio.

Part 1 live happens this weekend, and the room is full. If you weren’t able to get a seat, you haven’t missed your window.

Part 1 online gives you the same foundation at your own pace: structure, sequencing, and the clinical thinking behind the method. From there, Part 2 live is December 5–6, with registration open through November 21.

Monday is a good day to make the decision. Not a rushed one, just a clear one.

Start with Part 1 online. Link in bio.

Your body keeps a record of everything you ask of it: the long days, the desk hours, the workouts, the stress.

Assisted stretching is one way to give something back. One-on-one, unhurried, and guided by a trained therapist who works with what your body is telling them that day.

If you’ve been curious, we’d love to have you in. Your first session is a great place to start. Link in bio to book.

Here’s what’s inside Part 1 and why therapists come back from this training different.

The Framework
The complete structural foundation of The Stretch Lady Method™ how to assess, sequence, and deliver assisted stretch sessions that produce consistent, measurable results for every client.

The Body Mechanics
How to protect your body across thousands of sessions. The technique adjustments that make the difference between a career that lasts and one that wears out.

The Clinical Reasoning

How to think through a session not just execute it. What to look for, how to adapt in real time, and how to make decisions that move your client forward instead of just managing their symptoms.

The Hands-On Application
Two full days of practicing on real bodies with real feedback. The methodology doesn’t just live in your notes, it gets into your hands.

14 NCBTMB and FSMTB-approved CEUs. November 7–8 · Charlotte, NC · Seats are limited.

Sign up for both Part 1 AND Part 2 in December and get the Ethics online course FREE, more than your full 24 contact hour renewal requirement covered.

Day 1 of our private workshop with @thestretchlady is in the books! 🙌

Spent the day learning and picking each other’s brains. It was also so nice having Lauren back in the studio for the day!

I’m so looking forward to soaking up as much knowledge as I can to keep y’all moving! 🤩 by @thestretchlady

Your training gets the attention. Your recovery deserves the same.

Most people push hard in the gym, on the field, on the court and then wonder why their body never fully bounces back between sessions. The tightness that lingers. The range that slowly shrinks. The soreness that just becomes the baseline.

That’s not your body failing. That’s your body asking for something it hasn’t gotten.

Assisted stretching gives it back. One hour of guided, personalized mobility work that releases what training builds up so you can show up to your next session with something left to give.

Your training gets scheduled. Your recovery should too.

Part 1 is almost here. And if you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it.

November 7–8 in Charlotte. Two full days of hands-on stretch training with Aly. The methodology, the sequencing, the clinical reasoning that makes The Stretch Lady Method™ work in the real room with real clients.

This is not a lecture. It’s not a slide deck. It’s two days of doing the work: on real bodies, with real feedback, in real time. The kind of learning that gets into your sessions and stays there.

14 NCBTMB and FSMTB-approved CEUs.

And if you sign up for both Part 1 in November AND Part 2 in December — the Ethics online course is included FREE. That’s more than your full 24 contact hour renewal requirement covered in one decision.

The NC Board deadline is December 31. Server slowdowns near the deadline can delay your renewal. The therapists who move now don’t have that problem.

Seats are limited. This training historically fills up.

Part 1 changes how you work with a client. The sequencing. The framework. The clinical reasoning behind every movement. That alone is significant and for many therapists it’s the most transformative training they’ve ever attended.

But there’s a ceiling to what stretch alone can address.

Some clients need more. The chronic restriction that won’t fully release. The tissue that’s been holding on too long and needs a different kind of intervention to finally let go. The complex case that calls for a compound clinical approach instead of a single modality.

The Stretch Lady Method™ Level 2 teaches you how to integrate massage and tool-based work: cupping, scraping, lymphatic brushing, rapid release, directly into an assisted stretch session. Not as add-ons. As a complete clinical system that produces results neither modality could produce alone.

The therapists who complete both Parts don’t just have more techniques. They have a complete answer for whatever walks into the room.

December 5–6 in Charlotte. 14 FSMTB and NCBTMB-approved CEUs.

Part 1 required and Part 1 is November 7–8. If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time.

Sign up for both and get the Ethics online course FREE, more than your full 24-hour renewal requirement covered.
