Your body keeps a record of everything you ask of it: the long days, the desk hours, the workouts, the stress.

Assisted stretching is one way to give something back. One-on-one, unhurried, and guided by a trained therapist who works with what your body is telling them that day.

If you’ve been curious, we’d love to have you in. Your first session is a great place to start. Link in bio to book.

Your training gets the attention. Your recovery deserves the same.

Most people push hard in the gym, on the field, on the court and then wonder why their body never fully bounces back between sessions. The tightness that lingers. The range that slowly shrinks. The soreness that just becomes the baseline.

That’s not your body failing. That’s your body asking for something it hasn’t gotten.

Assisted stretching gives it back. One hour of guided, personalized mobility work that releases what training builds up so you can show up to your next session with something left to give.

Your training gets scheduled. Your recovery should too.

The tightness you’ve been living with isn’t permanent. It just hasn’t had the right attention yet.

Most people assume the tension they carry is just part of life. The shoulders that never fully drop. The hips that pull with every step. The neck that protests every time you look to the left.

They’ve stretched. They’ve tried foam rolling. They’ve adjusted their desk setup and their pillow and their sleep position.

And it’s still there.

Here’s what changes things: guided, intentional, assisted stretching delivered by a trained practitioner who knows exactly where to work and why. Not a generic routine. Not something you do alone in the corner of a gym. A session built around your body specifically: the restrictions, the compensations, the places that have been holding on too long.

That’s what The Stretch Pros delivers. One hour at a time.

Your body is more capable than the tightness has been letting it be.

One hour of assisted stretching does what a week of stretching on your own can’t.

When you stretch alone your nervous system fights back. It’s protecting you, tightening against the pull before you even reach the benefit.

Assisted stretching removes that resistance entirely.

A trained practitioner guides your body through personalized movement: controlling the depth, the angle, the pace. Your nervous system relaxes into it. The tissue releases more fully. The range comes back faster and lasts longer.

One hour. A week’s worth of difference.

Did you know assisted stretching reduces muscle soreness faster than static stretching alone?

Here’s why that matters.

When you stretch on your own, your nervous system naturally resists. It’s a protective response: your body tightening against the pull to prevent injury. Which means you’re often working against yourself before you even get to the benefit.

Assisted stretching removes that resistance.

A trained practitioner guides your body through the movement: controlling the depth, the angle, and the pace in a way you simply can’t replicate on your own. Your nervous system relaxes into it. The tissue releases more fully. And the result is faster, deeper recovery than solo stretching can produce.

For athletes, that means getting more out of every training session. For active adults, it means carrying less of the week into the weekend. For anyone managing chronic tension, it means finally feeling the difference between stretching and actually releasing.

One hour at The Stretch Pros does what a week of stretching on your own can’t.

Here’s what it actually is.

A trained stretch professional guides your body through personalized movements designed to improve your flexibility, release tension, and restore the range of motion your daily life has been quietly stealing from you.

You don’t have to figure out how to stretch. You don’t have to know what’s tight or why. That’s our job.

What you do is show up. For one hour, someone who knows exactly what they’re doing works through it with you — not on you. Every movement deliberate. Every position purposeful.

The result? Better range of motion. Less tension. More energy. A body that moves the way it’s supposed to, without the strain of trying to fix it yourself.

This is what we do at The Stretch Pros inside Evergreen Acupuncture and Wellness Center in Charlotte.

Assisted stretching isn’t just about becoming more flexible. It’s about moving better through everyday life.

Getting out of bed without that familiar stiffness. Moving through your workout with more freedom. Finishing a long day at your desk without carrying all that tension in your shoulders and hips.

That’s what consistent assisted stretching can help you work toward.

With a trained Stretch Pro, your session is personalized to your body, your mobility, and how you want to feel. No guessing which stretches to do or whether you’re doing them correctly.

You just show up. We’ll guide you through the rest.

60-minute assisted stretch session.

This is what a session at The Stretch Pros actually feels like.

Not a spa service. Not passive lying on a table hoping something loosens up. A deliberate, guided, one-on-one assisted stretch and mobility session — delivered by a practitioner trained in The Stretch Lady Method™.

You come in carrying whatever the week has put in your body. Tension. Stiffness. The kind of tightness that’s been building for months. And for one hour, someone who knows exactly what they’re doing works through it with you — not on you.

Most clients feel the difference before they leave the room.

If you’re in the Charlotte area and your body is overdue for this — The Stretch Pros is opening soon at Evergreen Wellness @evergreenwellnessclt
