California’s “daylighting” law was signed off on in 2023 and citations were authorized bringing in 2025 - so not exactly new BUT it’s certainly the first I had heard of it. The issue I have is that there doesn’t need to a red curb or signage to notify you and the crosswalk doesn’t even need to be marked. So I’m throwing up this reel in hopes that if I can save one person $115, it will have been worth it.
