Not to mention he didn't "plant a seed" he contributed half a cell, that was chosen by the egg, which was the other half of the cell from which they all came to become a total new human, he planted only half a seed

Men see their tiny package of genetic material described in the Bible or the Koran as "seed" and believe this means they contribute the entire thing to a womb that is no more than the soil the seed lands in. This is what happens when people believe their scripture tells them everything they need to know: ignorance in service of bigotry
