Today wraps up another chapter in my fitness instructor story. 🎤💪
I’ve officially decided to hang up my mic belt and trade those 4:00 AM alarms for a little more time with myself and my family. 🙌❤️
A huge thank you to @lifetime.shenandoah for giving me the opportunity to be part of such an incredible fitness community, and to @kaya.b.clark for your amazing leadership, encouragement, and energy. Your passion is truly contagious!
