I’ve always encouraged guests staying in our guest room to leave their honest, ruthless feedback. So welcome to… The Guest Room Suggestion Box! 📮

First order of business: addressing the complaints about my beloved $100 antique bed that creaks if you even think about moving.

We upgraded to a queen, found a much sturdier bed frame, and gave the room some new fall bedding from @thecompanystore that I genuinely think was MADE for this space.

Comment ‘cozy’ for all the details!

Every meal gives you an opportunity to support your health. And you don’t need an expensive superfood or a complicated diet to begin.

Food provides the raw materials your body uses to build muscle, make hormones, maintain your immune system, and fuel your cells. The fiber and plant compounds you eat also help nourish the microbes living in your gut.

That’s why I encourage people to start with a simple foundation: plenty of colorful vegetables, quality protein, healthy fats, and a variety of whole foods.

Aim to fill about 75 percent of your plate by volume with non-starchy vegetables. Add protein from foods like wild fish, pasture-raised eggs and poultry, or traditional plant foods like tempeh.

Include healthy fats from olive oil, avocado, nuts, and seeds, with modest portions of beans and intact whole grains as tolerated.

Calories tell you how much energy a food provides. Its protein, fiber, fats, vitamins, and plant compounds help explain what that food contributes to your health. Both deserve context.

Save this for your next grocery trip—and tell me which foods are already staples in your kitchen.

Cozy season is officially here 🍂🤍🌸✨ In love with these dreamiest, cloud-soft pieces from @simpleretro. Which one is your favorite: the pink cardigan or the lilac sweater? 💗💜

For the first time - a US secretary of state - is visiting India without any planned meetings in New Delhi.
Looks like Marco Rubio took Kamra's advice and is dealing directly with the real boss.
