SORTED!! THANK GOD Ok I've messed up, here it is beside a normal lime for scale. Are there any hairdressers in Glasgow available tomorrow morning. This is a hail Mary. Basically I'd my hair tied up for three days and I don't brush due to the curly girl method and I try to only wash my hair once a week to keep the colour in and well now I'm faced with a mistake of great magnitude. Because I thought to myself 'wow your hair is still tired up" I reached my hand up on my skull and felt no bobbin, my hair was matted into my skull. Such a tight little lad, so girthy so solid. I conditioned, I oiled, I brushed, I went to the sauna, I oiled again, I brushed, I listened to a thing on the Russel brand court case, I picked up a scissors and I cut it off. I've turned myself in to a friar tuck mullet person and I'm not cool enough to pull it off. I can feel my scalp shiver. I need help fast.
We are ALL targets of manipulation and EVERYONE needs to resist.⁣ ⁣ Foreign interference in global elections is not a warning - it is an active reality.⁣ ⁣ From the UK and Germany to Moldova, the US, and Brazil, automated networks are hijacking democratic discourse. They flood our feeds with targeted propaganda designed to divide communities, fuel political extremism and sabotage critical climate policy.⁣ ⁣ This digital playbook only works as long as we stay in the dark. The moment we expose how these networks operate, their disinformation loses its power.⁣ ⁣ SHARE THIS POST to expose the systematic manipulation, hold Big Tech platforms accountable, and defend democratic integrity worldwide.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Together, we can push back. #TimetoResist ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #DefendDemocracy #Resist #BigTech⁣

Dating in your 40s? How about being single and NOT dating in your 40s? 😂 Maybe take some time to date yourself. Figure out who you are at this stage of life. And then stay single until you find YOUR person. Not someone to fill a void or waste time with. We don’t have the same timeline for bullshit that we had at 25. I’m one year and five months away from turning 50, and I’ll be damned if I’m going to waste one more breath on the wrong one. Choosing to be single is hard for some people to understand, but it’s never made more sense to me. I haven’t dated in six years, and honestly? It’s been the move. Single and unhappy are two very different things. 😉 #dating #neversettle #womeninspiringwomen #fitover40 #MidlifeUpgrade
