Fechando julho com o meu treino longo! 🏃‍♀️☀️

❤️ @car_dantass

Seguimos! Um treino de cada vez. 🏃‍♀️✨

Closing out July with my long run! 🏃‍♀️☀️

It wasn’t my best month — I ran less than I should have, but quitting is not an option. Still going strong toward that January challenge! 💪✨

Once this crazy heat cools down 🔥 and the kids are back to school, we’ll get back to our regular training routine.

And of course, I couldn’t wear this amazing Rio Marathon shirt — a gift from the person who inspires me the most in sports — without taking a picture for the feed. ❤️🇧🇷

Keep going. One run at a time! 🏃‍♀️✨
