@tuckshop_nyc is a new Australian-inspired cafe in the West Village that has drawn huge crowds in recent months for their NOT VEGAN sandwiches…but they JUST added one that is #VEGAN by default. It’s stacked high with veggies, vinaigrette, and cashew pesto on excellent sourdough bread. It’s delicious - check it out!
