One of the best youth baseball infield drills doesn’t require fancy equipment.
I’ve used this funnel drill with every age group because it teaches the fundamentals that young infielders need to make routine plays consistently.
✅ Field the ball out front. ✅ Funnel it to the center of your body. ✅ Make a quick, clean transfer.
The best defenders aren’t always the most athletic, they’re the ones who repeat the fundamentals every single rep.
