43 Years ago John Flick and Tom Knopick opened Duranglers Fly Shop. Low on time and short on cash, they managed to create a fly shop that didn’t just exist in the space, but defined it. Tying their own flies, building their own rods, and fostering the brands that would grown along side them for over 4 decades.

Totally awesome. I remember spending all of my discretionary income as a ~9 year old in the basement shop back in the day. Fast forward all these decades and I’ve still got the same behavior! Amazing folks, amazing shop.

Diddy rushed from New Jersey prison to hospital due to head injury. According to reports from TMZ and other outlets on October 12, 2026, Sean “Diddy” Combs was transported by ambulance from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey around 1 a.m. Saturday for treatment of a head injury. Sources said the injury was not life-threatening; he was conscious and speaking when returned to the prison before sunrise. The exact cause remains unclear, though some reports have described it as resulting from a fall.
