Join us at G.A.S. Lagos on 7th August 2026 for the closing event of Exodus, marking the final day of Adeyinka Akingbade's (@adeyinka_akingbade), residency presentation. This finissage offers one last opportunity to experience the works within the context of the exhibition, meet the artist, and reflect on the ideas that shaped the project, including forced displacement, memory, and communities affected by violence.
The evening will include a screening of behind-the-scenes footage documenting Adeyinka's residency process, followed by an open conversation and Q&A where visitors can engage directly with the artist.
🔗 RSVP via the link in bio.
Adeyinka’s residency is generously supported by Bloom Art (@bloomartlagos) and G.A.S. Trustee Ugoma Ebilah. (@ugomaebilah).
