I will add this for all to see: Love is not materialistic Love does not delude Love is a two way street Carry the burdens of others not because you have to but because you want to out of love. It’s our bullshit, but acting like you don’t have to carry it is out of the delusion that somehow you can extend to someone that you love them when your actions do not follow through. Leaving someone alone in the dark but trying to say you love them will surely end up with consequence. When we choose to be selfish, we choose to mute the needs of one another. It is why I speak up for people. It is why I give my all to people. I refuse to be selfish. We’ve enough of this shit already. We cannot heal if those around us aid in our constant destruction. To love is to do. And doing absolutely nothing means to be complicit in whatever consequences follow. You didn’t make someone do anything, sure. But you didn’t do anything to provide someone the other options.
