My trusty steed Loomis got to meet two horses of the @theseattleknights at the @sandpointrenfaire. Thanks @damegeleah and @damerichildis for introducing them!

I love how you can see them convene with eachother after. 😭😂 "My good man, I don’t believe this fellow is a real horse!", "I say!! I think you're right!".

Comment “ROCKET” and we’ll send you all the details. 🚀 Rocket Yoga meets Vinyasa in Austin, Texas! Next March, we’re bringing two powerful movement traditions together for one unforgettable weekend. Rocket brings the fire: strength, inversions, arm balances, rhythm, and play. Vinyasa brings the flow: creativity, sequencing, breath, philosophy, and freedom. And we’re bringing in David Kyle to help lead the experience, creating a rare opportunity to study Rocket Yoga alongside a deeper exploration of modern Vinyasa. This is for teachers who want fresh inspiration and students who want to go deeper. Expect to sweat, learn, play, explore, and leave with an entirely new perspective on your practice. Austin, Texas. One weekend. Two traditions. A completely unique experience.
