There are certain things in life that we can never make sense of and Holly & Natalie not being here is definitely one of those things. While I didn’t get the opportunity to know either of them well, I did get to witness how well loved they both were and still are. I’m deeply grateful to have met them both and for the opportunity to make memories together while celebrating someone we all love very much 🥹 Today made two years since the tragic and unexpected loss of their lives at the hands of a drunk driver 💔Their lives were destined for so much more than what they were trying and able to achieve in their short time on this earth: scholars, dancers, sisters, fierce friends and future dental assistants 👏🏾 While today is a day that I know brings pain into the hearts of the many people who cherished their lives and the futures they did not get to create it is also an opportunity to uplift their valued existence and support the legacies their families are building around their memory: @the_hollymarieproject is a nonprofit started by her mother @cwagnergo and sister @leahlikes2sing to assist dental students with funding towards their studies and The Natalie Lauren White Memorial Scholarship Fund helps to support Fisk students, particularly those from the Chicago area and majoring in dance/psychology.
